This obligation is imposed by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), the organisation responsible for the oversight and partial management of domain names (for more information: www.icann.org).
 

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes of use specified in this Notice. There are no similar restrictions on the retention of anonymised data.

We do not retain outdated or unnecessary personal data. We strive to ensure that your personal data and other customer information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • In principle, we will retain your personal data processed on the basis of a contractual relationship for the duration of the contractual relationship or for as long as necessary for the provision of the Service. After the end of the contractual relationship or the provision of the Service, we will retain your personal data for as long as it is needed, for example for billing, complaints or warranty periods.
